Itinerary (02 Night / 03 Days)

Day 01
PM transfer to Varanasi airport for flight to Kathmandu, the capital of the Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

The world's only Hindu Kingdom, Nepal is nestled in the cradle of the highest mountains on earth and is known as the kingdom where deities mingle with mortals.

Day 02 AM tour Kathmandu City visiting the Durbar Square, the Hanuman Dhoka Palace and the Temple of Kumari, the abode of the Living Goddess. Thereafter you will visit Boudhnath and Swayambhunath. Boudhnath is one of the biggest Buddhist Stupas of its kind in the world. It stands with four pairs of eyes in the four cardinal directions. Swayambhunath is another stupa with the all-seeing eyes of Lord Buddha, said to be 2000-years old. Standing atop a hillock this is one of the best places to view Kathmandu city.

PM excursion to the adjacent town of Patan, the "City of Beauty and Fine Art". Hundreds of temple edifices dedicated to Hindu and Buddhist deities abound in this ancient city. Stroll through Durbar Square (Palace complex) and later visit the Tibetan Refugee Camp where residents produce traditional crafts including the hand-loomed Tibetan carpets. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03 Early morning excursion to Nagarkot, located 32 kilometers east of Kathmandu, which is one of the most scenic spots, is renowned for its spectacular sunrise view of the Himalayas when the weather is clear. It is also famous as one of the best spots to view Mount Everest.

PM visit Bhaktapur and Pashupatinath. Also known as Bhadgaon, Bhaktapur (City of Devotees), founded in the 9th century, is the home of medieval art and architecture. Here, visit the Durbar Square with its array of temples overlooked by the Palace of 55 windows and the Nyatapola Temple. Pashupatinath is one of the holiest of Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated amidst a lush and green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati river, the temple built in Pagoda style has a gilded roof and richly carved silver door. Visitors will be permitted to view the temple from outside being strictly forbidden to all non-Hindus. Overnight at hotel.
